Driver / Multi-Skilled Worker (Driver-Labor)

Salary: ₱15,000 – ₱20,000 per month

ECOM Construction Services is looking for experienced, reliable drivers to join our team across the Visayas and Mindanao regions.

Position: Driver / Multi-Skilled Worker (Driver-Labor)

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of active professional driving experience
• Valid Professional Driver’s License (LTO), restriction codes appropriate to the assigned vehicle (4-wheel or 6-wheel)
• Can drive Automatic and Manual vehicles
• Clean driving record and knowledge of VisMin routes and road conditions
• Willing to assist with loading, unloading, and general labor tasks on site
• Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and pre-trip inspection
• Willing to be assigned to project sites across Visayas and Mindanao
• Punctual, dependable, honest, and safety-conscious
• Tech-savvy as you’ll be using company app for budget request and receipt collections

Responsibilities

• Safely transport personnel, equipment, and materials to and from project sites
• Perform routine vehicle checks and report any issues promptly
• Assist with loading/unloading and general labor as needed
• Maintain trip records and comply with company and traffic regulations

Location

Assignments across Visayas & Mindanao (VisMin)
